YAXIS was born from a simple belief — Egyptian athletes deserve world-class sportswear. We saw a gap between what was available and what people actually needed to perform their best.

Returns are accepted only while the courier is at your door. Once the courier leaves, no returns are accepted. Please inspect your order on delivery.

Exchanges

  • Submit within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchange process

  • Once approved, we send return instructions.
  • Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective.

Right of withdrawal

We only accept withdrawal requests if the product has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at support@yaxissportswear.com or call 01023255177 with your order number and photos of the defect. We will resolve it promptly.
