Our Policy
Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted only while the courier is at your door. Once the courier leaves, no returns are accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- Your exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odors, with original tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Submit your request above or DM us on Instagram @yaxissportswear with your order number, reason, and desired product.
- Once approved, we'll send instructions for returning the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- YAXIS reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Processing time for exchanges is 3–5 business days once items are received.
